Due to the nature of our product and the strict hygiene standards we maintain, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and dispatched.
No Return Policy
Please note that all purchases made through www.vastrova.in are final. As our products are edible and perishable, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind after placing the order
Dislike of taste, texture, or appearance
Delay in delivery due to courier logistics
Ordering by mistake or incorrect address provided
We strongly encourage you to review your order details and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
No Refund Policy
We do not issue refunds for any orders once they are confirmed and processed. This policy is in place to ensure the purity and safety of our ghee products for all customers.
However, exceptions may apply in the rare case that:
The product received is damaged or defective during transit
The item received is incorrect (not matching your order)
In such situations, we request you to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery by emailing vastrova001@gmail.com with:

Clear photos/videos of the damaged/incorrect product and packaging
A brief description of the issue
Our customer support team will assess your request and, if found valid, may offer a suitable resolution at our sole discretion (replacement or store credit).
